Abstract: Scales of governance is fundamental concept in the study of DRG as risk is configured locally but collective responses will vary according to spatial and administrative scales at which stakeholders act, in accordance with their mandates. This paper attempts to fill the gap by examining the DRG systems that shape the risk management across a range of government and development contexts.
